Guerner & Irmãos began operations in the 1950s. In 1966 it was transformed into a public limited company.

Its main activity is the production of technical textiles for agriculture, agrotextiles and civil construction.

In 2024, Guerner & Irmãos was acquired by two Spanish companies with the same activity.

Production Centers

Extrusão

In this segment, virgin polyethylene (HDPE) is extruded into yarn, known as monofilament, with various diameters, which is then wound onto bobbins that supply two sectors: warping and weaving.

Warping

It manufactures the warp, placing it on the organs to be inserted into the looms.

Weaving

Combined warp and weft process where nets/fabrics are produced with different specifications.

Manufacturing

Composed of a set of equipment that transforms the produced network into various sizes, according to the necessary specifications.
